Lobby
The plan for the lobby is to install two changing rooms, move the front desk, and build some new vertical fencing bag storage. The only construction that would attach to the walls would be the changing rooms and possibly the front desk.
Lounge
For this room, we’re planning to move the storage racks out, move all lockers to the south wall, and remove old, extra lockers. We will move furniture into the lounge and add a window that would look out to the fencing strips and make for a nice place to watch fencing. Installing a window in the existing wall looks like it will work as there is no electrical, HVAC, or plumbing in that section of the wall.
Laundry
We want to make the laundry area more functional for washing and cleaning fencing equipment. Right now, the dryer does not vent to the outside of the building. We would like to install a dryer vent. Additionally, we want to install a sink and tie into the existing plumbing for the washer and dryer. Above will be a drying rack for gear.
